Our Story
At 121 Tutors, we are a team of passionate students who believe in the power of education. We started this student-run tutoring agency after witnessing firsthand the lack of educational support that many of our students were experiencing in school, some even lacking teachers for certain subjects. We believe that as students, we have the ability to better relate to our tutees, because we have been through the process ourselves!
Our mission is clear: to offer tailored learning experiences facilitated by expert student tutors in their respective fields, ensuring each student receives the attention and guidance they need to succeed. Our tutors are carefully selected from esteemed universities/schools across the UK and have proven academic records. All this comes at affordable prices, unlike the ridiculous fees charged by many adult tutors!
Our Ethos.

Building student confidence: it's crucial for students to realize that in the exam, we will not be there! Thus, it's vital for them to develop self-reliance and confidence in their abilities. To facilitate this, we allocate 15 minutes of each session for students to independently tackle exam-style questions. In this way our students learn how to remain calm and approach difficult problems systematically.
